Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what choices you have. It covers this website only, not services delivered under a separate client agreement.
Information you give us
The contact form is the only place this website asks for personal information. When you submit it we receive:
- your name
- your email address
- the subject you enter
- the message you write
- the site language you were using, so we can reply in it
How your message is handled
Your submission is delivered to us as an email and is not written to any database or analytics system. We use Mailtrap as the delivery provider, so your message passes through their systems in transit. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so we can respond, and we send you a short acknowledgement that deliberately repeats none of your submitted details.
Messages then live in our mailbox and are kept as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Cloudflare receives the information needed to make that assessment, including your IP address. We do not receive a Turnstile profile of you, only whether the check passed.
Analytics and cookies
This website sets no analytics cookies and loads no analytics scripts unless you allow it. On your first visit you are asked; nothing is loaded until you choose Allow, and choosing Decline loads nothing at all.
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are used. It sets first-party cookies and sends Google your IP address and pages viewed. We disable advertising features and personalisation signals, and we send no form contents, email addresses, phone numbers or free text to Google.
You can change your mind at any time using the Analytics preferences control in the footer of every page. Declining after having allowed stops further collection and deletes the analytics cookies we can reach.
Hosting
This site runs on Cloudflare's network. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes requests to serve pages and to protect the service, which involves technical data such as your IP address and browser type.
Your choices and rights
You can browse this website without submitting anything. You can decline analytics, or withdraw a previous acceptance, at any time.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional rights, such as the UK or EU, those rights also apply.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the page and the date above. Material changes to how we handle information will be described rather than made silently.
